Our furnished apartment is in a walk-out basement with a private entrance. At over 900 sqft, you will have plenty of space to stretch out and relax! Love the outdoors? Our yard backs up to the extensive Carolina Thread Trail system!
Please note: Our family live on the upper floors of the home.
We offer the following amenities:
SLEEPING
- Comfortable queen-sized bed
- Futon that becomes a second bed
- Cot-sized folding bed (slightly smaller than a twin and suitable for a child or small adult, 31” x 72”)
- All of our beds have mattress toppers for extra comfort
- Additional beds may be available upon request.
- Pack ‘n Play is available as well as a Tot Cot (24” x 48”, suitable for ages 2-5, up to 74 pounds)
- There is a closet under the stairs (37.5” x 102”) that can be used for either storage or as a sleeping area for a baby or child. It comfortably fits the folding bed or it can fit the Pack ‘n Play with or without the Tot Cot. We affectionately refer to it as “the Harry Potter cupboard.”

- Additional parking just across the street around a pocket park
- Parking on the street in front of our house is NOT permitted per our neighborhood regulations
